RACKING STORAGE SYSTEMS

We offers the most extensive range of systems and profiles for the construction of heavy racking systems. The systems consists of two main components; Bolted upright frames and hooked beams. The pitch of the upright profiles in distance of 90 mm for the heavy duty racking system allows an easy and flexible height adjustment of the beam levels.

Bolted upright frames:

Constructed from Hot Rolled Steel. The frames comprise two C-shape profiled upright sections, bolted together with steel tube bracing. The upright face is designed to accept the beams and to give full adjustability around this module.

The beams coming in three sections dependent on the load and the racking configuration, the sections are: BOX , Sigma , L shape , with welded connector at each end, for connection to the upright frames.

Racking System Options:

Every warehouse has its own particular needs which must be analyzed in order to obtain the desired results, our solution are within the following options:

Conventional Pallet Racking is the most widely used pallet racking system for the storage, This system is extremely cost effective, not only in the racking itself, but also there is no need for expensive handling equipment or building requirements or special supervisor.

Conventional pallet racking is the best solutions for warehouses where its necessary to keep a wide range of articles in all types of pallets. This type of racking is the most common system used for storage of palletized loads. deal for combined storage/order picking areas and it provides 100% direct and immediate access to all articles.

This system consists of bolted vertical frames and hooked horizontal beams, the selection of the beam section depends on the Load and the type of the pallet ( if there are pallets) and the size of the cell.

If there are no pallets or the pallets are small or heavily vary, it should used Shelved Conventional Pallet Racking with L cross-section Beam.

The components and accessories of Conventional Pallet Racking are:

1 Frames.   9 Pallet support bars.
2 Upright.   10 Rack channel.
3 Bearer beam.   11 Barrel and coil support.
4 Frame Joint.   12 Fort entry bars.
5 Cross Shelve.   13 base - plate.
6 End frame protector.   14 Upright connection (splice).
7 Upright protector.   15 Guide rail.
8 Mesh Anti-cpllaspe.

AYOUBI Narrow Aisle Racking

Narrow Aisle Racking makes optimum use of floor area and height. Permitting access to all pallets. Especially designed equipment is needed to maneuver between narrow aisles.

It has the same configurations of the Conventional Pallet Racking but the Especially designed equipment and pallets should be used. the access time is longer and special administration control is required.

it is the best solution when the land cost is very high or there are space limitation or the warehouse environment (temperature , humidity ,... ) should be controlled.

AYOUBI Drive-In Racking

Maximizing storage capacity by eliminating Aisles. Pallets are Loaded onto Cantilevered rails by conventional Fork lift.

Racks for the storage of palletized loads accumulating in depth and height. This system optimizes the utilization of your warehouse capacity and offers a highly efficient method of steering large quantities of similar loads by allowing the forklift driver to enter the rack system and place the load on structural rails. If you can benefit from bulk storage and do not handle a wide variety of palletized loads, then this system can be an efficient and beneficial solution. also ideal for cold room storage.

AYOUBI Bar and Tube Racking System ( Cantilever Racking System)

Cantilever racking system fulfils all the requirements of an economic storage of long and heavy goods. This includes space saving storage, secure and fast moving as well as high loading and flexible storage possibilities. This system is used to store for long goods like bars, tubes, pipes, woods, profiles etc.
